Hazel class have enjoyed learning about different feelings this week. They created hand print characters for happy, sad, fear and angry and had to decided how the facial expressions for each character would be.

A look back at Chestnut's recent educational visit to Wroxham Barns.

Next week is Anti-Bullying week and as part of this we will all be wearing Odd Socks on Wednesday 12th November to show how it is ok to be different and that we are all unique.

Juniper Class have enjoyed having Rizzo in with us once a week. This morning, the children enjoyed welcoming him back this half term. The children are relishing in the opportunity to be responsible for him: ensuring that he is happy and settled in between their learning tasks.

Remember, Remember the 5th of November - today is traditionally Fireworks night. We would like to urge all of our families to celebrate this event safely, whenever you will be attending a Fireworks event.

Next Tuesday we will be hosting a Remembrance Day service and would like to invite anyone who wishes to join us. As a school we will be discussing the significance of the date and why everyone should take some time to reflect on past events that have shaped our modern world.

For the next fortnight we will be focusing on the Learning Characteristic of 'Understands and Respects Equality and Diversity' This is a timely characteristic as we will be participating in Anti-Bullying week. This is a time when we understand how we are all unique and it is ok to be different.

This week we held our Harvest Celebration at St Botolph's Church - the church was packed full of all our families as the children presented songs, poems, artwork, prayers and even some harvest jokes!! Thank you to everyone who contributed produce to our Foodbank donation for Waveney Foodbank - it was amazing!!

Great Athlete, Rich Potter visited our school and had the whole school (pupils and staff) participating in a range of exercises! Thank you to everyone who has sponsored the children for this event.
